HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - LJ Wells, a 6-foot-8 forward from Eau Claire Memorial High School in Wisconsin, has signed his National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Northern Kentucky University.
 
Wells averaged 15.8 points behind 51% shooting his senior season. He also averaged 9.5 rebounds, 2.3 blocks, 2.3 assists and 2.1 steals.

He scored 20 points to lead Eau Clair Memorial to its first Big Rivers Conference title in six years.
 
Wells, who plans to major in business, is NKU's first commitment to the Class of 2022. He recently made his announcement on Twitter.
