HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Athletics has announced a brand-new system for ticketing for Fall sports, beginning with the upcoming 2022 seasons, the department announced on Monday.
 
NKU fans and supporters will now gain admission into all Fall 2022 events via a unique QR code, which will be scanned directly from a mobile device for entry. The ticketing process for Fall sports has followed the lead of NKU's basketball programs as the department makes the transition to a fully digital and cashless experience. Northern Kentucky will join the growing majority of NCAA and professional teams making the move to digital ticketing to enhance the gameday experience at NKU events.
 
Tickets for all Norse Fall sports are ON-SALE NOW and can be purchased through the department's new ticketing website, powered by EventBrite.
 
Ticket buyers will initially receive an e-mail with a link or links to each game they purchased tickets for, which allows for fans and supporters to download tickets to their Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android). Just before reaching the venue gates, fans simply pull up the tickets with QR codes on their smartphone screen to show the gate attendant for entry.
