BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Northern Kentucky volleyball kicked off the 2022 Falcon Invitational presented by Hampton Inn, where the Norse faced host Bowling Green State University to begin their second tournament of the season.
The Norse (0-4, 0-0 Horizon) dropped the opening two sets by final scores of 25-27 and 23-25 margins before striking back at the Falcons to win set number three at 25-23. BGSU (2-2, 0-0 MAC) found their groove in the fourth set, capping off the match victory with a 9-3 scoring run for the 25-14 set win.
