DETROIT – The Northern Kentucky women's basketball program got back into the win column Sunday afternoon, taking down Horizon League adversary Detroit Mercy in dominate fashion inside Calihan Hall.

BOX SCORE BREAKDOWN
- The Norse saw two quarters of this match up where they controlled every aspect of the game which included the second and the fourth. During the second period NKU outscored UDM 18-8, while in the fourth the Norse totaled 21 points compared to the Titans' 6.
- Duvall found her shot once again totaling 25 points in this contest, shooting 8-for-14 from the floor. This was Duvall's sixth game of the year totaling 20 or more points as well.
- Davis' 15 points against the Titans was her 11th double-digit scoring game of the year as she continues to be the second leading scorer for the Norse during the 2022-23 season.
- Mitchell-Steen's 14 points capped off a huge weekend for the sophomore, as she has scored in double-figures in back-to-back games for the first time this year.
- Northern Kentucky dominated the paint against Detroit Mercy today, outscoring the Titans 40-28 overall.
