MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Northern Kentucky women's basketball program dropped its final non-conference game of the 2023-24 season as the Norse found themselves on the wrong side of a 83-42 decision at the hands of Middle Tennessee inside the Murphy Center on Wednesday night.

NORSE NOTES
- Lacy paced the Norse with her 13-point performance. She shot 4-of-9 from the field which included a mark of 4-of-7 from three. It was her third double-digit scoring game so far this season. She also set a season-best with her four made three-pointers.
- McCray just missed out on yet another double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds. She has now gone for 10-plus rebounds in five contests so far this year and still leads the Horizon League with an average of 9.4 boards per contest.
- Mitchell-Steen, Blevins and Davis combined for 12 points in the game.

Allison Basye (three points),
Paige Hodgson (one point) and
Gabby Razzano (one point) also chipped in for the Norse.
- The game was an outlier for the Northern Kentucky program, as it became just the second 40-point loss in NKU's NCAA Division I era.
