MEN'S SOCCER SCHEDULE | WOMEN'S SOCCER SCHEDULE
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – As a way to give back to the NKU campus and the surrounding Northern Kentucky community, the Norse Athletics department has announced that admission for all men's and women's soccer matches will be free to the general public.
NKU fans and supporters can now attend all Norse soccer events free of charge, part of a broader invitation to the local community to come out to campus to explore what Northern Kentucky has to offer.
There isn't a better way to take in campus and cheer on the Norse as both the men's and women's soccer squads battle for Horizon League dominance at the highly regarded NKU Soccer Stadium, one of the best mid-major stadiums of its kind in the country and home to the FC Cincinnati 2 MLS Next Pro program.
"We would love for the community, particularly families, to come out and enjoy several of our sports offerings with free admission at men's and women's soccer in the Fall, softball and baseball in the Spring and our home cross country meet on Friday, September 1," vice president and director of athletics Christina Roybal said. "We look forward to seeing more families and future NKU students in attendance to watch the Norse in action this upcoming year."
The women's 2023 soccer schedule gets underway this week as the Norse host Western Michigan on Thursday, August 17 in their regular-season and home opener.
The men's soccer program has one more exhibition match against Kentucky on Saturday, August 19 before the squad jumps right into regular-season action with the home opener set for Thursday, August 24 versus UAB.
Please Note: The only exception to this new offering are for Horizon League postseason matches at NKU, as those prices are controlled by the conference.
