MOON TOWNSHIP, Penn. – The Northern Kentucky volleyball program dove back into the win column as the Norse swept through the Colonials of Robert Morris University Tuesday evening on the road inside the UPMC Events Center.

Abby Kanakry led the NKU offensive charge once again in this conference bout, posting 12 kills with an attack percentage of .320 on 25 swings while committing just four errors. Kanakry was responsible for four-consecutive kills in set number three which helped seal the NKU victory and the set win at 26-24.

Joy Banks and
Ava Hoying each finished with double-digit kills in the match with Banks totaling 12 and Hoying with 10. Banks additionally chipped in yet another double-double this season with 12 digs as well, her sixth double-double of the year.
- Defensively
Allie Siefke led NKU with 5.0 total blocks on the night, and
Anna Burke covered the court from the ground with 20 total digs, both match-highs.

Northern Kentucky volleyball finally returns home for their next matchup as the Norse will host Cleveland State inside Regents Hall on Friday, September 29. This Horizon League battle is set to begin at 6 p.m. (ET) from Highland Heights, Kentucky and will be broadcasted on ESPN+. This contest will also be NORSE NIGHT, which will feature the celebration of the very first Northern Kentucky University class from 1972-'73.
