HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky men's basketball program continued its winning ways with the Norse's second straight victory as NKU soundly defeated Milwaukee, 90-72, in a Horizon League clash inside Truist Arena on Thursday night.
With the win, Northern Kentucky is now tied for third in the conference at 5-3 in Horizon play.

Marques Warrick led the way once again with 21 points, four assists, three steals, one rebound and a block.

Michael Bradley had another strong outing as he posted a season-best 18 points and five swipes to go along with three boards. The transfer point guard standout also added four assists and zero turnovers, his third game of the year without turning the ball over a single time.

Keeyan Itejere continues to round into a force in the conference with 14 points, seven rebounds and a steal.

Trey Robinson posted a double-double with 12 points, 10 boards, five assists and a block. It was Robinson's fourth straight game with 11-plus points.

LJ Wells had another strong outing with 10 points, eight rebounds, two helpers and a swipe. The sophomore forward is now averaging 14.6 points, 9.3 boards and 3.0 steals over his last three contests.

Randall Pettus II made it six Norse in double-figures with a 10-point, two-rebound, one-assist and one-steal performance. It was a season and career-best in points, minutes (24), made field goals (three), made free throws (three) and helpers for the freshman guard.

The Norse remain in Highland Heights for a big Saturday inside Truist Arena! NKU will take on conference foe Green Bay on Saturday, Jan. 20 at approximately 6:30 PM ET. The men's squad will follow the women's team that battles with Wright State at 4 PM. The day will be a special one as both legendary coaches Nancy Winstel and Ken Shields will be honored at halftime of their respective program's games! Norse Nation will want to hurry as well under a hundred lower bowl seats remain.
