HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — Northern Kentucky volleyball returned home for more Horizon League action on Friday night, as the Norse played host to the Penguins of Youngstown State at Regents Hall.
NKU returned to the win column with a 3-1 victory over YSU.

- Northern Kentucky's Joy Banks posted her ninth double-double of the season, finishing with 12 kills & 16 digs.
- Lainey Green posted a double-double of her own with 17 assists and 10 digs.
- Ava Hoying served as one of the primary offensive weapons for NKU, finishing with 12 kills.
- Lucy Cluxton paced the Norse in digs with another 20+ dig effort, finishing with 21 digs.
- Allie Siefke dominated at the net, finishing with 4.5 total blocks including three block solos.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- NKU fell in the first set 25-18.
- The Norse rebounded with a win in set two by a score of 25-18.
- NKU came back from a 22-19 deficit in the third set to take down the Penguins 25-23 in the third set. Allie Siefke's back-to-back block solos ended the set for the Norse.
- The Norse picked up the win with a win in the fourth set by a score of 25-18.
