DEAD LOW BREWING

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — Northern Kentucky Athletics and Dead Low Brewing have teamed up once again for the Norse Nation Basketball Coaches Show featuring head men's basketball coach Darrin Horn and head women's basketball coach Jeff Hans! 

All shows run from 6 - 7 PM ET on both local radio and national streaming services, will be hosted at Dead Low Brewing, the closest brewery to the NKU campus. 

"We're excited for another season of the NKU Basketball Coaches Show at Dead Low Brewing, the closest brewery to NKU's campus," said Max Edwards, the Norse Sports Properties' Manager of Business Development. "Dead Low is a great partner to athletic department and has created a space for the show that is family friendly and welcoming. We hope all our fanbase can come out for an episode or more this season to experience their amazing menu and try NKU's official beer, the Norse Golden Ale!"

Dead Low launched the Norse Golden Ale in 2022-23, an exclusive beer brewed for members of Norse Nation throughout the region. The beer is available in-person at the brewery and fans and supporters can also grab it at all NKU men's basketball games at Truist Arena in the Dead Low Brewing beer garden, to go with being available on select local supermarket shelves.

Dead Low Brewing is a family-friendly establishment located just five minutes from the Northern Kentucky University campus at 5959 Kellogg Road, Cincinnati, Ohio just off I-275. Make a left off the first exit once you cross the bridge (coming from NKU's campus) and the establishment comes up fast on your left-hand side.

Jim Kelch, the radio play-by-play voice of Norse basketball, returns for his 11th season hosting the Coaches Show. Kelch will handle the men's portion of the show, while Matt Sexton will host during the women's segment. To go with interviews with both head coaches, the show will also feature live interviews with student-athletes. 

Norse Nation can tune in to hear the show on ESPN 1530 for five of the eight scheduled episodes, with Fox Sports 1360 as the home for the remaining three.
