GREEN BAY, Wis. – The Northern Kentucky women's basketball program put up a hard-fought effort against one of the Horizon League's and nation's best, but in the end the Norse found themselves on the wrong side of a 67-51 decision to conference foe Green Bay inside Kress Events Center on Thursday night.

- The Norse jumped out to a 15-14 lead after 10 minutes of play.
- Northern Kentucky continued to battle as Green Bay took a slight 31-28 edge into the half.
- The Phoenix defense locked in for a 24-8 Green Bay third quarter that made it 56-36.
- NKU won the final frame with a 15-12 edge, but it wasn't enough as Green Bay collected the 67-51 win.
- The Norse held the Phoenix to their sixth-lowest scoring output of the season.
- The loss snapped a two-game winning streak for NKU.
