YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Northern Kentucky men's tennis program kept its standout season rolling with another thrilling Horizon League win, this time over Youngstown State by a score of 4-3 inside the YSU Indoor Tennis Center on Saturday.
 
With the victory, the Norse have now won three matches in a row to improve to 5-1 in Horizon play. Northern Kentucky is ranked second overall in the conference, and the winning streak sets up a battle for first place in the Horizon against Cleveland State on Sunday.
 
The five Horizon victories already ties the NKU NCAA Division I era school record for most conference wins in a single season. The 5-1 mark is also the best start to a conference campaign since NKU joined the NCAA DI ranks.
