NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Northern Kentucky University Norse Women's Basketball wrapped up play in the Music City Classic on Wednesday, taking on Drake. A massive second-quarter run propelled the Norse to a big halftime lead, and NKU held on for a big-time win.

BOX SCORE BREAKDOWN
- The Norse dominated in the turnover battle, leading 12-2 at the half, and 21-11 in the game. 

- NKU limited Drake's starters to just 20 points in the game, as only one reached double figures. 

- Karina Bystry bounced back with a 17-point performance, leading the Norse in the game. She went 4-8 from the field, 3-5 from three, and 6-7 from the free throw line. 

- After struggling in recent games, Kamora Morgan had a big game off the bench, dropping 14 points on 6-8 shooting, while grabbing four rebounds.

- Maddie Moody re-entered the starting lineup and scored 12 points, grabbed four rebounds, recorded two blocks and a steal. 

- Taysha Rushton had a big game off the bench with 11 points, four rebounds, and two assists.

- Kylee Hunt scored ten points and grabbed four rebounds.
