HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse women's volleyball earned three selections to the Academic All-District team on Tuesday, selected by College Sports Communicators. Student-athletes
Lucy Cluxton,
Allison Risley, and
Ivey Stocks all earned the honor.
Cluxton, a two-time selection to the Horizon League All-Academic team, earned the honor following a season where she ranked second in the conference in service aces (39) and fourth in digs (534). Following her 2025 campaign, Clxuton ranks ninth all-time in NKU's program history in digs, with 1,364. Cluxton is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Northern Kentucky after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Communications.
Risley was named a Horizon League All-Academic honorable mention in 2025 and was recognized as an All-League first team selection as well. She led the conference in service aces with 47 total, and also ranked inside the top 20 in the league in hitting percentage, points, kills, and digs. A sophomore, Risley is a two-time dean's list selection and is majoring in exercise science.
Stocks, a junior marketing major from Cincinnati, also earned a spot on the Academic All-District team. In 2025, Stocks ranked second in the conference in total blocks with 124, and fifth in hitting percentage with a .307 mark. The Norse middle blocker ranked inside the top 25 in the conference in kills per set and points per set.
