INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Northern Kentucky University Norse men's tennis took on IU Indy on Saturday afternoon, looking for their first win in league play. The Norse again fell to a Horizon League opponent though, as they fell 6-1 in Indianapolis.
NKU's first doubles pair of #36
Joao Pimenta and Mateus Ranciaro moved to 9-1 with their 6-2 victory. However, the Norse lost the doubles point as its second and third pairs dropped their matches.
In singles play, just one Norse, Mateus Ranciaro, won, doing so 6-3, 1-6, 6-2. He moved to 4-6 overall and 3-5 in the fifth slot on the season.
