AT NKU: Returns for his fourth season with the Norse…strong southpaw who will give the Norse options out of the bullpen. 2010: Compiled an ERA of just 1.35 in 6.2 innings of work over four appearances...did not surrender any home runs...also held opposing hitters to a .250 average...pitched three innings of scoreless relief with three strikeouts in his 2010 debut at Miami (Ohio) on March 17. 2009: Made four appearances, all in relief…threw 5 1/3 innings, striking out five batters…got his first collegiate win on March 6 against Tiffin, going two innings and striking out one in an 11-4 victory. 2008: Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Larry A. Ryle High School in Union, Ky.…helped lead the Raiders to their first ever appearance in the KHSAA State Tournament…team went 34-7 in 2007 with titles in the 33rd District, 9th Region and Semi-State 5…went 8-1 on the bump with a .280 ERA in 45 innings and a team-best 53 strikeouts…batted .308 (4-for-13) with two RBI…coached by Pat Roesel.
