HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The 2015-16 NKU Basketball Coaches Show will air for the first time this season on Dec. 28. Mellow Mushroom in Wilder, Kentucky, is hosting the show again this year and the broadcasts will once again be carried on the iHeartMedia family of radio stations, including ESPN1530 and FOXSports1360. The hour-long show begins at 7 p.m. on each date.
 
Seven shows will air throughout the season, featuring segments on both the Northern Kentucky men's and women's basketball programs. Head men's basketball coach John Brannen and head women's basketball coach Dawn Plitzuweit will appear weekly, while several Norse players from each team will make appearances throughout the schedule.
 
Hosts Jim Kelch and Steve Moeller will discuss men's basketball and Andrew Kappes will join the broadcast to talk women's hoops.
