CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky men's tennis clinched a spot in the Horizon League Tournament with a 4-3 win over Wright State, ending the regular season at 7-9 overall and 3-4 in League play while the Raiders fall to 6-18 (1-6 HL). Prior to the match, NKU honored its five seniors:

Match Notables
- The Raiders claimed the opening point with wins in No. 1 and 3 doubles. NKU's No. 2 duo of Clark and Virag had a quick 6-1 win over Fernando Nardelli and Jacob Perkins before the point came down to Lang and Blaine Carr in No. 3 doubles. The Norse fought for the clinch, but the Raider team of Carlos Sanchez and Marcel Ueltzhoeffer ultimately claimed the 7-5 win to take the first team point.
- NKU's seniors stepped up to take the victory in their final match in the Bluegrass State, with all four senior singles players taking straight-set victories in their matches.
- Virag was the first to down his opponent in matching 6-2 sets over Perkins on the top court. He and Clark both went undefeated on the day in both singles and doubles, as Clark scored NKU's second point with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Javier Alvarez in No. 4 singles.
- Isache had a quick victory over Donovan Cellupica in the No. 6 spot, 6-1, 6-2, to give NKU a 3-1 advantage over the Raiders.
- Clemens provided the clinching point with this 6-4, 6-3 win in No. 2 singles against Jonas Brezing.
- The Norse await the completion of all other Horizon League matches to find out their seeding and opponent for the first round of the HL Tournament, which runs April 28-30 in Ann Arbor, Mich.
