The series is tied 1-1-1. IUPUI won the last meeting on Nov. 3, 2017, in the Horizon League Tournament semifinals by a score of 3-2.

The Norse picked up a 3-2 double overtime victory against Detroit Mercy on Sunday, Sept. 30.

The Norse were ranked No. 94 in this week's NCAA RPI. NKU had the highest ranking out of all the Horizon League teams.
HORIZON LEAGUE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lohmann was named the Nike® Horizon League Defensive Player of the Week on Monday, Aug. 27 for her play from Aug. 20-26. She recorded a shutout for the Norse in the 1-0 win over Xavier on Thursday evening. Lohmann faced 12 shots on the night and made five saves in the contest. She also had another good showing in a 1-0 overtime loss to Cincinnati on Sunday evening. Lohmann faced 18 shots and made six saves in that contest.

HEAD COACH BOB SHEEHAN
Bob Sheehan is in his 22
nd season at the helm of the NKU women's soccer team. He sports a 313-103-29 (.736) all-time record. Sheehan won his 300
th career match last season against Appalachian State on Aug. 29, 2017. His teams are 21-5-5 in Horizon League play and have a 4-1-1 record in the Horizon League Tournament.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
IUPUI is 5-6-3 on the year and 2-1-1 in the Horizon League. The Jaguars' lone tie in the Horizon League was against Detroit Mercy, who the Norse defeated 3-2 in double overtime. The Jaguars are currently on a three-game winning streak. IUPUI is averaging 1.21 goals per match and allow an average of 1.36 goals per contest. Miranda Ricks has two goals and seven assists on the year for 11 points. Elizabeth Bueckers leads the team with four goals, and she has also added two assists. Goalkeeper Sophia Lipka has started all 14 matches for the Jaguars. She has made 69 saves for a 0.812 save percentage. Lipka and the IUPUI defense have also recorded six shutouts on the year.
