HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Season tickets for the reigning Horizon League regular-season champion Northern Kentucky men's basketball team's 2018-19 campaign are now on sale. The Norse will host 17 regular-season home games, including a four-team tournament, at BB&T Arena this year.
Northern Kentucky offers five options for season tickets, ranging in price from $91 for youth (13-17 years old) to $177 for adults. NKU faculty and staff can purchase tickets for $159. Two options exist for alumni, with season tickets running $142 for first time alumni buyers and $106 for new alumni (2016-18 graduates).
Norse Kids Club Membership, which is $30 for youth 12-and-under, includes admission to men's basketball.
Each ticket holder will receive a Norse six-pack cooler with their season-ticket purchase.
Northern Kentucky hosts eight regular-season nonconference games, including last year's March Madness Cinderella UMBC and regional-foe Miami (Ohio). Fellow 2018 NIT participant UNC Asheville, Coastal Carolina and Manhattan join the Norse for a four-team round robin tournament at BB&T Arena in mid-November. NKU also hosts a full Horizon League slate, highlighted by a Jan. 11 Friday night primetime meeting with Wright State and Homecoming, set for Feb. 9 against Oakland.

In the last two years, the Norse have won both a Horizon League tournament and regular-season title, as well as participated in the NCAA Tournament and NIT. Northern Kentucky has gone 45-21 during that time, including an impressive 24-4 at home and 30-10 against league opponents.
Drew McDonald returns for his senior campaign after leading the Norse with 17.0 points and 9.6 rebounds per game last season, earning first team all-league and all-district distinctions to go along with his nod on the Lou Henson Mid-Major All-America Team. His 18 double-doubles were the 11
th-most in the nation. He's joined by juniors
Dantez Walton and
Tyler Sharpe, as well as Horizon League all-freshman and all-defensive honoree

Why did the cost of my season tickets increase?
While the price per ticket on a game-by-game basis did not increase from last year, the increase in cost for season tickets reflects an increase to 17 regular-season home games, three more games than last season, as well as
Kentucky State Tax, which now applies to event tickets.
