HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky's Director of Development, Jeff Baldwin, welcomes Norse golf alumna Mackenzie Laumann as Northern Kentucky's Assistant Director of Athletic Development. In her role, Laumann's focus will revolve around expanding NKU's annual giving program, as well as organizing a number of special events throughout the year and implementing new strategies behind social media campaigns.
 
"We are extremely fortunate to have Mackenzie join our team," added Baldwin. "She brings not only a depth of experience and knowledge, but as a former NKU student-athlete, her passion is contagious."
 
Laumann is a double graduate from Northern Kentucky, earning her bachelor's degree in sports business before completing her Master of Business Administration in 2019. During her four undergraduate years, Laumann was a member of the NKU women's golf team and was active in a number of organizations, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and served as the development intern.
 
Following her undergraduate studies, Laumann remained at NKU to pursue her MBA while serving as the Graduate Assistant for Athletic Development.
