• NKU ran its winning streak to four with back-to-back wins against UIC last weekend, claiming 72-68 and 69-67 victories on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
• NKU jumped to third in the Horizon League standings based on win percentage and ranks fifth in the seedings for the #HLMBB Tournament based on the Feb. 1 release.
• NKU heads to Milwaukee for a two-game set on Feb. 5 and 6, pitting the No. 4 and 5 teams in the seedings head-to-head as the Panthers are one spot in front of the Norse.

Last Time Out
NKU returned home for a two-game set and swept UIC. Faulkner registered the first double-double of his career with 25 points and career-high 12 rebounds and Warrick added 20 points to the cause, his sixth effort above the 20-point plateau this season, in leading the Norse past UIC, 72-68, on Friday. Faulkner collected a rebound and heaved a 3/4-court shot that found the mark as time expired at halftime, landing him the No. 4 play on SportsCenter's Top-10.
Faulkner (15 points) and Warrick (11) registered double figures in scoring again on Saturday, but Langdon led the Norse with both the game-tying and game-winning baskets in the final minute of the team's 69-67 win. Langdon finished with 12 points on the evening.
Scouting Milwaukee
Milwaukee is 7-6 on the year and 6-5 in league play. Based on the Horizon League standings, the Panthers are a half game behind the 7-5 Norse, but in the seedings used for the postseason tournament they sit one spot ahead of NKU in fourth. Milwaukee shot out of the gates in league play, winning four of its first five games. After a three-game skid, the Panthers have rallied to claim two of their last three contests, which includes an overtime win against league-leading Cleveland State. Te'Jon Lucas and DeAndre Gholston pace the Panthers' offense at 15.2 and 15.0 ppg, respectively.
Series Stuff
The history between the Norse and Panthers only dates back to Northern Kentucky's first season in the Horizon League (2015-16). After dropping three of the first four, NKU has now rattled off eight-consecutive wins in the series and holds an all-time mark of 9-3.
