Norse Women's Triathlon Finishes 14th Among DI Programs at National Championships

TEMPE, Ariz. - The women's Norse triathlon season concluded a strong second year with a 14th place among NCAA D1 programs at the national championship. Senior Alisha Detmer concluded her Norse career with a 122nd place finish while freshman Maddux Bigam finished 171st. The national championship included a 750m swim, 20km bike, and 5km run, it was raced in bright sunshine and 88 degrees heat.

NOTABLES
- Alisha Detmer finished in 122nd with an overall time of 1:16:34, completing the swim in 13:51, bike in 41:24 and the run in 19:32.
- Maddux Bigam finished in 171st with an overall time of 1:27:10, completing the swim in 17:42, bike in 43:55 and the run in 23:37.
