- Northern Kentucky had a poor shooting night, shooting just 27.9% from the floor and 17.4% from three, but hit 25 of their 30 free throw attempts on the night. The Norse limited Milwaukee to 36.4% from the field and 29.6% from three and only allowed eight free throw attempts.
- NKU again won the rebound battle, which marks NKU's eleventh-straight game outrebounding its opponent. NKU had 46 rebounds to 37 from Milwaukee, with 17 of NKU's coming on the offensive end.
- The Norse also won the turnover battle, 16-11, scoring 18 points off those turnovers. SKU recorded seven steals in the game.

Karina Bystry again led the Norse in scoring with a 20-point night, also adding six rebounds and a pair of steals. Bystry shot 11-13 from the charity stripe, her second-straight game with double-digit free throws.

Mya Meredith recorded a double-double, scoring 11 points and grabbing ten rebounds.

Karina Bystry scored 20 points for the sixth time this season. She's now responsible for six of nine games of 20-plus points by Horizon League freshmen this season. She has the second-most 20-point games of any player in the Horizon League this year, trailing only Purdue Fort Wayne's Alana Nelson.
- Bystry has now made 94 free throws this season, which leads all freshmen in the nation in 2025-26. She sits just 11 shy of NKU's freshman record in the Division I era, trailing only Carter McCray's 2023-24 campaign, where she had 105. Among all Norse in the Division I era, she has the seventh-highest single-season free throw total, with the record of 136 (
Lindsey Duvall, 2022-23).
- NKU's shooting percentage of 27.9% marked its lowest-ever in a winning effort in the Division I era. Previously, the Norse were 0-38 in games when shooting 30% from the field or worse since the 2011-12 season. It marked the tenth-lowest shooting percentage in a win among all teams in all of Division I in 2025-26.
