Addison Ramby to join NKU Women’s Soccer

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse women's soccer announced the signing of 2026 defender Addison Ramby on Friday. Ramby marks the fourth signee in NKU's 2026 class, joining Zellie Barnes, Camryn Koski, and Zsofia Jakab.

"Addison is a composed center back with an exceptional ability to read the game and break up attacks before they unfold," stated Norse head coach Bob Sheehan. "She brings a strong defensive presence, consistently showing excellent positioning and strong cover. On the ball, Addison is just as impactful—her distribution and technical skill allow her to effectively connect passes out of the back.  We are thrilled to welcome Addison to our program."

The Springboro High School grad brings a wealth of experience, as she was named first team All-District, second team All-Conference, and defensive player of the year during her time with the Panthers. Ramby also competed for Cincinnati United Premier at the club level.

Ramby has a pair of siblings with college athletics experience, as her sister Morgan was a goalkeeper at Auburn and North Georgia from 2018-21, while her sister Alexis played golf at West Liberty from 2020-2024.
