HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky University women's soccer team (9-5, 5-2 Horizon) travels to Horizon League-leading Milwaukee (10-3-2, 7-0 Horizon) on Saturday, Oct. 24 for the final road match of the 2015 slate. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET.
The match is one of two remaining regular-season contests for the Norse. The squad returns home on Oct. 30 to wrap up regular-season play against Green Bay for Senior Night.

ABOUT MILWAUKEE: The Panthers lead the Horizon League with a 7-0 record in League action and are riding a six-game win streak. They are coming off a 1-0 win over Valparaiso where Milwaukee clinched at least a share of the regular-season title. Four different players have posted double digits in points on the season, led by junior Callie O'Donnell and sophomore Anna Smalley, both with 15 points after seven goals and one assist apiece. Maria Stephans has a League-high seven assists while Sydney Senn has added 11 points. Paige Lincicum has logged 1273:48 minutes in goal and ranks third in the League in goals against average (0.78) and save percentage (.843).
NORSE NOTES: Horizon League Tournament implications are on the line as the Norse compete in their final two matches of the 2015 season. NKU enters the match in second place behind Milwaukee who leads with 21 points. The Norse have 15 points and are trailed closely by Oakland at third, one point behind the Norse. Cleveland State sits one game behind NKU in fourth with 12 points. Valparaiso and Wright State round out the top six teams, tied with 10 points. The Horizon League Tournament will feature the top six squads beginning on Monday, Nov. 2 at campus sites and will continue at the venue of the No. 1 seed, Nov. 5-7.
The Norse and Panthers are neck-and-neck as Horizon League leaders in numerous offensive and defensive categories. Milwaukee has posted 92 total points across 15 matches to Northern Kentucky's 91 points in 14 matches. The squads are tied with 30 goals each with NKU averaging 2.14 goals per game and Milwaukee averaging 2.00. Defensively, Milwaukee has allowed 12 goals for a League-best 0.77 goals against average while NKU has allowed 13 for a goals against average of 0.91.
NKU has scored three goals on six occasions this year and is 6-0 in those matches. Four of NKU's three-goal outings have been in Horizon League contests. The offensive barrage has helped NKU out-score opponents 30-13 with 12 different players accounting for Northern Kentucky's 30 goals.

Schocker, a junior goalkeeper, has totaled 649 minutes of League play and is one save away from breaking into the NKU record book. Schocker has 23 saves in Horizon matches and a total of 52 on the season. The junior is one save away from tying for ninth all-time in single season saves. Schocker currently occupies ninth in program history for single season wins (nine).
The Norse will be taking on their ninth first-time opponent of the season. They have a 5-3 record in those matches. NKU defeated Horizon League teams UIC, Valparaiso and Wright State in the first meeting and fell to Cleveland State. The Norse are slated to take on their 10th and final first-time foe in the regular season finale against Green Bay.
