HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky University baseball team is set to play a pair of midweek contests. The Norse will travel to Louisville on Tuesday and Eastern Kentucky on Wednesday. Both contests are scheduled to for 6 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
NKU went 1-2 against Milwaukee this past weekend. The teams played a doubleheader on Friday and a single game on Sunday. The Norse won the second game of the doubleheader by a score of 8-2.
Chad Roberts hit a three-run homer in the contest, and
Brendan Alas added a two-run homer.
Sam Williams earned the win on the mound. He went seven innings, allowing just five hits and two runs while striking out three batters.
SCOUTING LOUISVILLE
Louisville enters Tuesday's contest at 20-11 overall. The team most recently went 1-2 against No. 4 NC State this past weekend. At the plate, the Cardinals are led by Logan Wyatt. He is hitting at a .345 clip this year with 38 hits, 29 RBIs, and 24 runs scored. Drew Campbell is batting for a .321 average. He has 25 hits, 17 RBIs, and 12 runs scored. On the mound, the Cardinals have a team ERA of 3.72, and they are allowing opponents to hit at just a .218 average.
SCOUTING EASTERN KENTUCKY
EKU is 15-17 on the year, but the Colonels sport a 9-3 record at home. Rylan Kerr leads the team in batting average at .346. He has 45 hits, 32 runs scored and 16 RBIs. Alex Holderbach is hitting at a .330 clip. He has 38 hits, 38 RBIs, 31 runs scored, seven doubles and seven home runs. On the mound, the Colonels have a team ERA of 6.24 and are allowing opponents to hit for a .308 average.

th nationally. Haueter also leads the Norse in hits (36) and doubles (9).
Jake Richmond is batting .275 on the year and leads the team in home runs (8). Richmond ranks first in the Horizon League and 23
