• Northern Kentucky suffered a pair of setbacks last weekend against Green Bay for its first conference losses of the season. The Norse fell by scores of 63-56 and 62-58, respectively.
• The Norse are defeating their conference opponents by an average margin of 13.1 points through eight games.
• NKU's 6-0 start in conference play was the best since the 2008-09 season, where the Norse started off 8-0.

Lindsey Duvall has been active and impactful for the Norse. She registered her first three double-doubles in consecutive fashion against Bowling Green (10 points, career-high 14 rebounds), No. 19 Ohio State (12 points, 10 rebounds) and Robert Morris (21 points, 10 rebounds). She had another pair of double-doubles versus Green Bay last weekend. She is leading the Norse in points (15.7) and is second in rebounds (8.0) per game.

Carissa Garcia has improved on her freshman campaign, where she scored 7.3 points per game. She is up to 9.5 points a contest and had back-to-back games of 20 or more points at Milwaukee on Jan. 29-30. Garcia was named Horizon League Player of the Week on Feb. 1.
• After a freshman campaign that saw sophomore guard
Ivy Turner start every game a season ago, she's made an even larger difference this year, scoring 10.5 points, bringing down 4.3 rebounds and dishing 2.8 assists a a game.

Grayson Rose has been impactful in the second half of the season, especially on the boards. On the year, she's scoring at an 8.2 points per game rate and brings in 5.5 rebounds a contest. Rose currently leads the Horizon League with 2.1 blocks per league contest and is fourth all-time for the Norse in blocked shots.
• Senior forward
Kailey Coffey has played in 104 games with 103 starts (good for 12th all-time) during a Norse career in which she has moved into eighth all-time with 775 rebounds. She currently leads the Norse in rebounds with 8.2 boards a contest.
• Five newcomers joined the squad this season, including Louisville transfer junior guard Duvall as well as freshmen guard

Last Time Out
The Norse were swept by Green Bay on Feb. 5-6 for their first losses in Horizon League play this season. On Feb. 5, NKU fell, 63-56, after struggling to hit its free throws (12-for-21, 57 percent). Duvall led all scorers in the game with 18 points to go along with 11 rebounds for a double-double performance. Turner was the other top performer for NKU with 12 points, seven rebounds and four assists. On Feb. 6, the Norse were short again against Green Bay in a nailbiter, 62-58. Duvall (19 points, 11 rebounds) and Coffey (15 points, 10 rebounds) both had double-double performances in the game.
Scouting Green Bay
Through NKU's setbacks against Green Bay and sweeping Milwaukee last weekend, Wright State is the new team perched atop the Horizon League standings at 13-3 (.813 winning percentage). Two of the Raiders' conference losses came via Robert Morris, with the other one being a 75-69 result versus Oakland. Angel Baker leads the Raiders with 16.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game. Tyler Frierson is the next-most impactful player for Wright State, securing 8.6 points and rebounds a contest.
