SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – The Northern Kentucky men's golf team sits in 13^th place after the first round of the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate at Tennessee Tech. 
  
Team Tidbits 

• Northern Kentucky posted a score of 300, including 10 birdies on the day for the countable scores.  
• Only five shots separate the team from a top-10 placement.  

 
Individual Highpoints 

• Ty Debonis played steady golf for the Norse with an even-par, 72. His scorecard featured four birdies, four bogeys, and 10 pars.   
• Jacob Vrolijk and Alex Doss were close behind with one-over showings for a score of 73. The pair each went two-over and one-under on the front and back nines, respectively.
