PROSPECT, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky women's golf team played 36 holes on Monday, March 22, for the first and second rounds of the Cleveland State Invitational played at Nevel Meade Golf Course. The women sit in 11^th place heading into the final round.
 
Team Tidbits

• The Norse posted a team score of 327 in the first round and dropped two shots in the second round for a score of 325.

 
Individual Highlights

• Freshman Abby Cook led the women in the first round with 78 strokes to her name, adding three birdies to her scorecard.
• Lillian Young matched Cook's round of 78 in the second round, using back-to-back birdies to assist her score. Young also had a string of three birdies in her first round of competition.
