XENIA, Ohio – Northern Kentucky University Norse women's golf teed off its 2025-26 season on Monday and Tuesday, competing at the Total Athlete Collegiate in Xenia. The Norse finished sixth out of nine competing teams, posting a +72 as a team across three rounds in an overall balanced team performance.
Cammy Reed and
Eva Maley led the way for NKU, as both posted 26th-place finishes with total scores of +18. Reed improved each round, going 82-79-73 at the tournament. Maley went 80-76-78 across her three rounds, posting five birdies, including three in round three.
Ryliann Bednar finished +20 across three rounds, posting scores of 78-83-75, notching an eagle on hole 15 of round three.
Kenna Jenkinson notched a 30th-place finish with a +21. She led the Norse with eight birdies across the tournament.
NKU heads to Indianapolis on September 28, to compete in the Butler Invitational.
