@NKUNorseGolf women sit in fifth place after first round at IUPUI Invitational

CARMEL, Ind. – The Northern Kentucky women's golf team currently sits in fifth place at the IUPUI Invitational hosted at Plum Creek Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana. The women are nine shots back from Cleveland State at fourth place.  
 
Team Tidbits
  • NKU posted a team score of 327 and recorded six birdies through the first round.
 
Individual Highlights
  • Lillian Young was low on the scoreboard with a 79 showing, using four birdies on the day to assist her score.  
  • Brooke Bihl claimed a new career-low with her 81 performance on the day.
  • Delaney Welsh and Emmanuelle Hewson rounded out the countable scores for NKU with an 82 and 85, respectively.
