SPRINGBORO, Ohio – The Northern Kentucky men's golf team sits in ninth place upon the conclusion of the first 36 holes at the Wright State Invitational.
  
Team Tidbits 

• Northern Kentucky posted a first and second round of 309 and 297, respectively. The second round score blasted the Norse up the leaderboard from 13^th to ninth (9^th) place.

Individual Highpoints 

• Alex Doss matches NKU's ninth place spot on the individual leaderboard upon shooting scores of 75 and 72. Doss recorded seven birdies on the day.
• Jacob Vrolijk bounced back in the second round with a two-over 73.  
• Ryan Mitts also responded to his first round of play with a three-over 74 in the afternoon session.
