HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky women's basketball program and head coach Camryn Whitaker announced the 2022 non-conference schedule for the Norse Monday afternoon, which features nine total games, along with one exhibition.
 
"We have put together a challenging non-conference schedule that will no doubt help prepare our team for Horizon League play!" said Coach Whitaker.

"Welcoming Cincinnati to NKU in December as well as playing Dayton will be great experiences and provide a high level of competition. This will be the first season since transitioning to Division I to play all NCAA Division I opponents, which helps up raise the level of play within our own team as well as for our league."
 


Northern Kentucky will open the 2022-23 season with an exhibition contest against Indianapolis on Friday, Nov. 4 inside Truist Arena. NKU will see it's first official game of the year against Lipscomb on Thursday, Nov. 10 at home as well. NKU will hit the road to face Kent State on Sunday, Nov. 13 as well. 

The Norse then make the short trip up to face the Flyers of Dayton on Thursday, Nov. 17, and then return home to host Tennessee Tech that Sunday, Nov. 20. NKU returns to Ohio the following week for a matchup against Bowling Green State University on Wednesday, Nov. 28. The final four non-conference games for NKU will be at home in Highland Heights, Ky. as the Norse will welcome Akron, Eastern Kentucky and Miami (OH). The non-conference slate wraps up with a matchup with rival Cincinnati on Wednesday, Dec. 21 inside Truist Arena.
