HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky women's basketball program will host the Sycamores of Indiana State out of the Missouri Valley Conference for a non-conference showdown on November 6 inside Truist Arena. 
 
The clash between the Norse and Sycamores will be the ninth overall meeting between the two with the most recent match up occurring in 2019. ISU got the better of Northern Kentucky in Terre Haute, Indiana in a tight contest with the Sycamores winning it 70-68. NKU topped Indiana State in 2016 in Terre Haute in dominating fashion with a final score of 58-38 as well. 

Northern Kentucky is coming off a Horizon League Semifinals run with an overall record of 17-14 and a fifth place finish in the conference at 10-10 as well. NKU will see key returners in Kailee Davis, Khamari Mitchell-Steen and Kennedy Igo to lead the the Norse in the goal of a Horizon League title for the 2023-24 season.
