Baseball's series vs. Bellarmine moved to Oxford, AL due to inclement weather

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — Inclement weather has forced Northern Kentucky baseball's home opening series vs. Bellarmine to be moved from Highland Heights to Oxford, Alabama, made official on Tuesday.

With freezing temperatures and snow in the forecast, the decision was made to move the series from Friendship Field to Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Alabama. All three games will start at 12 PM central time (1 PM ET).

Choccolocco Park measures 325 down the left field line, 320 down the right field line and 390 feet to dead center field.

The park was used as the site of both the 2017 and 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Tournament.

Northern Kentucky will be the designated home team for the three-game series as the Norse look to grab their first win in 2025 over the Knights.
