CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Women's Tennis took on Cleveland State on Saturday afternoon, as they honored seniors
Ashlee Fisk and
Mariajose Hernandez on Senior Night.
The Norse fell in the doubles point to the Vikings, as both of NKU's #1 and #2 teams fell.
Ashlee Fisk was the lone victor in singles play, as she came back after falling 1-6 in the first set. A 6-4 second set evened things up before she sealed things with a 6-2 victory in the final third set. Hernandez, the Norse's other senior, was the only other NKU player to force a third set.
