HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — Northern Kentucky University Norse Women's Basketball has announced its second signee in the class of 2025, as the program welcomes Mia Jordan to its roster for the upcoming season. "We set out this offseason to add an experienced post presence to our roster, and we believe Mia's success at Dodge City Community College brings exactly that," said Norse Head Coach Jeff Hans. "Her high-level skill set and scoring versatility make her a great fit. We're confident that Mia will make an immediate impact on both ends of the floor."

Jordan, a forward from Gold Coast, Australia, immediately becomes the tallest player on the Norse roster, standing at 6'3". In her sophomore campaign with Dodge City, the Aussie scored 7.7 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, starting 27 of 35 contests on a very successful Conquistadors team that made their first-ever Final Four.

She displayed great defensive tools, averaging over a block and a shade under a steal per game. Jordan shot 46.7% from the floor and 23.4% from three, though only 20% of her total shots came from behind the arc. Jordan was excellent at the free throw line as a sophomore, knocking down 85.2% of her free throws.

Jordan earned Region 6 All-Tournament Team and Finals MVP honors after averaging 11.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game.

In her freshman season with the Conquistadors, Jordan averaged 4.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game in just 16 minutes played a contest.
