LEXINGTON, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse men's golf headed down to Lexington on Monday & Tuesday to compete in the Bluegrass Collegiate Invitational, held by the University of Kentucky at the University Club of Kentucky. The Norse recorded their best finish of the entire 2025-26 campaign, finishing third out of 17 competing teams, as
Isaac Moody and
Micah Bertram both notched top-10 finishes.
Moody ranked 11th among individuals, posting scores of 73-71-75 on the 71-par course. Moody posted eight birdies over three rounds, including five in the second round. His 71 in round two ranked fifth among all golfers in the round.
Micah Bertram placed 15th overall, going 73-74-75 to finish at +9. Bertram posted six birdies, with three of those coming in the first round.
Caleb Eaglin finished 40th overall at 15-over, totaling eight birdies as he posted scores of 80-73-75.
Zack Beard (+18, 51st) and
Michael Long (+19, 58th) rounded out the Norse group.
