WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Northern Kentucky University Norse track & field competed in the Wake Forest Invitational on Thursday & Friday.
Bash Hedger broke an NKU record in the 100m dash which led a day full of personal bests for the Norse.
NOTABLES (MEN)

Bash Hedger finished in tenth in the 100m run, finishing in 10.75, breaking his own NKU record of 10.78.

Colton O'Hara set a new PB in the 5000m run, as he finished in 14:06.71.
–
Micah Ward led all Norse in the high jump as he cleared 1.91m, finishing eighth.
–
Elijah Harrison set a new personal best in the 200m run, finishing in 22.23 and in eighth place.
Aaron Silva also set a new PB in the race with a 22.55.
–
Camden Pawlick recorded best throws of 43.70m in the discus and 38.72 in the hammer.
–
Jackson King ran a 49.21 in the 400m run, setting a new PB and finishing in fifth.

Gregory Beard recorded the fastest 800m time of all Norse, running a 1:53.64.
–
Jacob Line ran a 3:49.41 in the 1500m run.
NOTABLES (WOMEN)

Grace Biddle ran a 4:36.86 in the 1500m, setting a new personal best.
– Maddie Neary set a new PB in the high jump as she cleared 1.62 meters.

Sierra Kendall ran a 1:00.11 in the 400m hurdles, finishing in third.

Lacey Klare finished in fourth in the 100m hurdles, running a 14.41.

Alexandra Newman recorded a new season-best in the shot put, with a best throw of 11.98m.

Cameron Bittermann notched a fifth-place finish in the 200m run, as she finished in 24.46.

Olivia Kennedy ran a 2:10.53 in the 800m run, the fastest time of any Norse in the event.
