SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Northern Kentucky men's golf team wrapped up the Invitational at Savannah Harbor, its first event of the spring campaign, with a 10th-place showing.
Team Tidbits
· As a team, the Norse had their highest output of the tournament, shooting a 307 en route to a three-round total of 907.
· NKU finished in 10th, as host William & Mary took the team title at 12-under par (852).
· The Norse topped Savannah State, Florida A&M, Brown and Horizon League-foe Valparaiso.
Individual Highlights
· An even-par round from Jacob Poore provided the sophomore with three-straight rounds at par or better. He finished the tournament 1-under par and tied for eight on the individual leaderboard.
· Corey Dulle was six shots over par on his final round and had the second-best result for NKU, tying for 36th.
· Competing as an individual, Jacob Jackson posted a second-straight round at 1-over. He finished tied-49th.
