YPSILANTI, MI. – The Northern Kentucky women's golf team sits in 11
th place after the first and second rounds at Eagle Crest Golf Course for EMU's Shirley Spork Invitational. The women stand eight shots back from moving into the top ten on the leaderboard.
Team Tidbits
- The Norse posted a first round score of 323 and improved its score in the second round with a total of 318.
Individual Highlights
- Lillian Young started the day with the low round recorded by NKU thus far in the tournament with a two-over par 74. Her second round 81 places her in a tie for 33rd on the individual leaderboard.
- Erin Durstock and Kylie Lysack contributed rounds in the 70's with a 77 and 79, both in the second round of play.
- Kelsey Wessels was consistent for the Norse with a first and second round score of 81.
