ARDEN, N.C. – The French Broad Collegiate Invitational came to a close on Wednesday afternoon with the Northern Kentucky women's golf team in 13th-place overall.
Team Tidbits
· Northern Kentucky saved its best round for last with a 329, which followed scores of 331 and 336.
· Wofford claimed the title with a three-round total of 896.
Individual Highpoints
· Delaney Welsh paced the Norse with countable scores in all three rounds. Her second and third rounds were NKU's two lowest at 78 and 79.
· The Norse received three countable scores from Reagan Nolan as well, with her carding 81-83-85 across the 54 holes.
· Welsh, Nolan, Hannah Hall and Emmanuel Hewson each tallied three birdies during the event.
