W.Va. – Following a pair of excellent rounds on Monday, the Northern Kentucky men's golf team settled for a 12
th-place finish at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational on Tuesday afternoon.
Team Tidbits
- NKU notched rounds of 285 and 293 on Monday to sit in a tie for sixth place.
- A final round of 313 saw the Norse slip to 12th in the final team standings.
- Marshall won its home event with an 845 total.
Individual Highpoints
- Miles Parroco led Northern Kentucky for the second-straight tournament, turning in three-over par 216 performance.
- Parroco's 15 birdies across the three rounds was the best mark by any player in the tournament.
- The junior's opening round 66 was one stroke off of tying Northern Kentucky's single-round record.
- Luke Muller was second on the team and registered countable scores in all three rounds.
- Alex Doss also posted countable scores in each round.
