HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky baseball program had four student-athletes honored as Perfect Game All-Horizon League selections as Liam McFadden-Ackman, John Odom, Treyvin Moss and Clay Brock were named pre-season All-Conference by the publication on Tuesday.
 
McFadden-Ackman is primed for a big year after a breakout junior season. The senior infielder was named to the All-Horizon Second Team in 2023 and slashed .322/.429/.639 with 16 home runs, 16 doubles and 69 RBI.
 
Odom was a First Team All-HL selection in 2023. He hit .280/.387/.476 with six homers, 10 doubles and 32 RBI.
 
Moss suffered an injury shortened 2023 but was still a Second Team All-Horizon honoree as he slashed .293/.405/.390 with 10 doubles, three triples, 23 steals and 43 runs scored. He is back in full health for the 2024 campaign.
 
Brock was a First Team All-Conference student-athlete in 2023. The senior hurler made four starts over seven appearances and logged 34 innings pitched, a 4.24 ERA, 27 strikeouts and just eight walks. The Liberty Township, Ohio native will look to take over the Friday starting spot for the Norse.
 
NKU gets its 2024 campaign underway with a series at UT Martin that runs Friday, February 16 through Sunday, February 18 in Martin, Tennessee.
