NKU Triathlon announces 2025 recruiting class

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. -- The Norse triathlon team is excited to announce the future Norse triathletes who have signed during the fall '25 signing period.  These student athletes come to Highland Heights to join the inaugural team that had a great program opening season.

"I'm excited for what the sport of triathlon is allowing for these great student athletes," said head coach Brooks Doughtie. I think each young lady is going to play a key role in the development and growth of our program. We have some swimmers, some runners, some with experience in both sports and an athlete that has triathlon experience. I think each student athlete is going to bring some strengths to our program that is going to help allow NKU Triathlon to take a big step forward competing in NCAA Triathlon."

Maddux Bigam, Circleville, OH
Bigam comes to the Norse triathlon team as a 4x OH state cross country qualifier. During her time at Circleville High School, she competed in cross country, basketball, golf, and track and field. Bigam had the unique and fun opportunity to be coached by and play for her father, Brian Bigam while playing women's basketball for Circleville HS.
