David Lee Holt NKU Hall of Fame
A four-time All-American, Keyer-Scott helped NKU capture two Great Lakes Valley Conference titles and emerged as one of the best players in the nation. As a sophomore in 2003, Keyer-Scott led after two rounds of the NCAA Division II national championships before settling for fifth place nationally - the best individual finish in the history of NKU women’s golf. She earned National Golf Coaches Association Division II Softspikes Freshman of the Year honors in 2002 as well as first-team All-America accolades. Keyer-Scott was also named GLVC Freshman of the Year. She earned Academic All-GLVC honors four times and was voted GLVC Women’s Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year twice. Keyer-Scott was named NKU’s Margery Rouse Athlete of Distinction as a senior. Keyer-Scott also was chosen as an NCAA postgraduate scholarship recipient after her senior year.
