David Lee Holt NKU Hall of Fame
Walters was a four-year member of the NKU men's golf team and had one of the most winning careers in school history…In 1994-95, Walters finished third at the GLVC championships and 54th overall at the NCAA Division II National Championships…He followed that up with an even better 1995-96 campaign where Walters took ninth at the GLVC championships and second overall at the NCAA DII Championships, where he earned All-American honors with the outstanding finish…Under his leadership, the Norse placed 11th and 12th at the NCAA DII championships, respectively.
