David Lee Holt NKU Hall of Fame
A member of the 1998 recruiting class that helped NKU become a national power in women’s soccer, Ruark earned All-America honors in 2000 and ‘01. She was named the GLVC Player of the Year in 2000 and led NKU to the NCAA Division II national championship game that season. Ruark finished her career as NKU’s all-time leader with 62 assists. She also scored 40 goals during her four years with the Norse and currently ranks No. 2 in school history with 142 career points. NKU posted an 81-10-5 record during Ruark’s four years, won four GLVC Tournament championships and advanced to the NCAA Division II Final Four three times.
